For the month of March we will be focusing our blog posts on running! With March comes a time of increased temperatures and longer days, making it the perfect time to get back in shape and sign up for some races!
Running has been a very popular form of exercise for decades and is one of the easiest and least expensive activities to participate in. That being said, it can also cause a variety of injuries and problems if not done correctly. Not only is proper apparel important, but proper technique and running regimens are key to having a successful, injury-free running season.
