Cancellation Policy
24-Hour notice required – This allows the clinic time to fill the space with another client, as well as time to inform the therapist of the change to the schedule.
50% fee if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

Orthopedic Massage Therapy
Orthopedic massage therapy is a targeted approach to pain relief and tissue injury rehabilitation that addresses and treats your body’s soft tissues like muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
Techniques Used:
Orthopedic massage therapists use a range of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, scar reduction and cross-fiber friction.
Alleviates pain and tension.
Improves mobility and range of motion.
Restores balance to the musculoskeletal system.
Helps with recovery from injuries and surgeries.
Can be used for preventative care.
Who benefits:
Individuals experiencing soft tissue pain and injury, including post-surgical pain, pain from acute injuries, or pain from overuse strain.
Difference from other massage types:
While a regular massage typically aims to relax the entire body and provide general stress relief, orthopedic massage is a more targeted approach focused on specific musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Assessment:
Orthopedic massage involves a detailed assessment of musculoskeletal issues, followed by the application of specific massage techniques tailored to address individual concerns.
Adaptability:
Orthopedic massage is adaptable and can be used both before and after orthopedic surgery to help prepare muscles for surgery and aid in recovery.
Treatment:
45 minute sessions and will likely include applications of PoSumOn, a chinese herb used for pain relief and as a topical analgesic.

Hello! I’m Jenilee, a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Davenport Iowa in March of 2016. I moved to the Lakeville area in 2018 and currently reside with my husband Ross, daughter Nola, and son Henry. I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, photography, gardening, and spending time with my family up North at the cabin. I am passionate about helping my patients feel better. I have worked in the healthcare field for more than 25 years and I use that experience to give you the best care possible. I base my massages on my patient’s individual needs and incorporate a variety of techniques including Swedish, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Stretching, Deep Tissue and Gliding Cupping.

I have worked in the wellness industry for over 18 years! I have a passion for helping people through touch and being a piece of their wellness journey. My specialties include: Swedish, relaxation, sports, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, and cupping.
I live in Farmington with my husband (Bryan), 2 boys (Zack & Lucas) and our yellow lab (Nico). I enjoy spending as much time with my family as I can. The kids keep us busy with their sports, and I love watching them play!

I have a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Science University and am licensed by the MN Medical board. My education also includes a Bachelor of Science in Community Health as well as a Massage Therapy certification. My professional interests include treating a wide variety of chronic pain and orthopedic conditions of the body as well as facial rejuvenation acupuncture. When a patient comes in with chronic pain and leaves with less pain and a new outlook on their life from experiencing the medicine I love, it’s the best feeling in the world!
