Hi! I’m Tammy, a Licensed Massage Therapist at Exuberance Chiropractic & Wellness Center! I have been part of the team since September 2020 and have been a therapist for over 20 years. I love making my clients feel better and help provide them needed relief from stress or injury. Outside of the clinic I have two very busy boys that keep me running, whether it be for sports or scouts!

At Exuberance, we consider the whole health of our patients as well as their lifestyles to reveal underlying causes of discomfort and pain.
Exuberance Chiropractic & Wellness Center also specializes in the treatment of soft-tissue related injuries (muscle, tendon, ligament, nerve and fascia) utilizing treatments such soft tissue release, stretch therapy, massage therapy and personalized corrective exercise. These therapies are meant to focus on increasing stability & improving recovery.

Meet Dr. Christie
Dr. Christie Halbe was born and raised in Ashland, WI. After completing her high school education as Valedictorian, she began her college education at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where she received her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major of Biology and Psychology. She then continued her education at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude honors in June 2008. She also received numerous awards for academic performance, leadership, and clinical involvement. Dr. Christie was also selected to participate in the clinic abroad program in Brazil to treat thousands of underprivileged people, both young and old. With great focus on her studies, Dr. Christie had finished her clinical requirements early and had the opportunity to work within a chiropractic office for four months before graduation. There she was able to make changes and decisions on directions she would take within her profession. After the birth of her son, Dr. Christie took an associate doctor position in a well-established office in Monroe, WI. Here she enjoyed learning from both mentors and patients on all the joys of being a Chiropractor. Dr. Christie is committed to helping individuals of all ages in the community experience improved health and vitality.
Dr. Christie lives in Lakeville with her husband, Tony, who manages the office and oversees the rehabilitation, and their son, Camdon, who is active in sports and other Lakeville activities and has been regularly adjusted since birth.

Hello! I’m Jenilee, a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Davenport Iowa in March of 2016. I moved to the Lakeville area in 2018 and currently reside with my husband Ross, daughter Nola, and son Henry. I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, photography, gardening, and spending time with my family up North at the cabin. I am passionate about helping my patients feel better. I have worked in the healthcare field for more than 25 years and I use that experience to give you the best care possible. I base my massages on my patient’s individual needs and incorporate a variety of techniques including Swedish, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Stretching, Deep Tissue and Gliding Cupping.

I am Chrissy! I grew up on the Iron Range in Eveleth (Hockey Hall of Fame Country) and went to college at the Iron Range Technical College in Eveleth for Medical Administration.
I found chiropractic after an auto accident in 1997 and have been involved since! I have been a Chiropractic Assistant since 2001.
In my free time I like to go pheasant hunting with my husband (Jamie) and our two yellow labs (Charlie and Sage). I just began to deer and turkey hunt and enjoy that as well! My daughter (Morgan) is now getting ready for college and I look forward to all of her adventures. I am also a huge scrap booker and love going to MN Wild Hockey games!

My name is Katie! I grew up in Eagan, MN. I recently just graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health. I have been apart of the customer service industry for 4 years and this is where I found my passion for helping people. My interests are in nutrition, sports, and overall wellness. After graduating, I got my teaching license in Elementary and Literacy Education. I have taught for the last 3 years in the twin cities area but am taking a sabbatical to pursue new passions! I am very excited to continue working in a field that helps people everyday. My name is Tony, and I am a Muscle Recovery Therapist at Exuberance Chiropractic & Wellness Center. I am originally from Ashland, WI where my wife and I met before starting Exuberance. With 20+ years of experience in the field, I have developed a unique approach to muscle recovery that integrates the latest muscle-work techniques with personalized, client-focused care. I am continuously aware of advancements in the field through ongoing education and certifications, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest soft tissue recovery techniques. With expertise in Stretch Therapy and Rehabilitation I tailor a recovery program to address the unique needs of each client. Integrating soft tissue treatment in the clinic has helped patients stabilize and recover quicker as well as helped them learn exercises and stretches to aid in healing. This additional approach to musculoskeletal conditions has helped patients with both acute and chronic conditions who struggle with stability. Whether recovering from an injury, aiming to enhance athletic performance, or simply seeking to improve overall muscle health, we at Exuberance provide a comprehensive and a personalized approach to our patients’ health.
